Back in September, we took a weekend trip to Edinburgh with our good friends Jonas, Jen, Hali and David. The majority of our time there was spent visiting the city's top attractions like the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Arthur's Seat. However, we managed to squeeze in a bit of time to go somewhere off the beaten track.
Michael discovered Jupiter Artland on Instagram, and we were lucky enough to be in Edinburgh on the last day of the art park's summer season. While the property is a bit of a hike from the city center (30 minutes by bus), it's definitely worth the time and effort. You can easily spend hours exploring and discovering various sculptures, installations and art work spread across acres of whimsical landscapes and dense forests.
Below are some photos from our recent visit. Make sure to schedule a day-trip to Jupiter Artland on your next summer trip to Edinburgh!
