Wandering London: Beast

It's been quite awhile since I've had such a satisfying and fun meal. The dinner essentially brought together all of my guiltiest pleasures. For starters? A massive wheel of parmesan cheese and a few pickled vegetables. I tried my hardest to not get full on the cheese alone. Soon after came the stars of the show: a ribeye steak and a whole Norwegian king crab. Not just one. Both. The marbled, thick cut of steak was paired with a delicious white truffle sauce, and the king crab was super flavorful on its own (note: pass on the hoi sin sauce). I honestly don't remember the vegetable sides, and the desert was a "nice to have". Service was super friendly (they gave us a free, extra portion of steak!), and the dining hall itself was striking yet inviting. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side but absolutely worth the price of admission. Those of you who are planning to visit me in London should get your fat pants ready!
